Good with one qualification
Good little lamp which I am using with a full spectrum led bulb for growing on daylily seedlings..
Could do with more instructions on how to put it together, only has pics on the box. Slight dent when it arrived but easy to push out again. However, the clamp is VERY strong and very difficult to manipulate if you have any strength or dexterity issues in hands and fingers, I had to get my husband to do it and he struggled so if you live alone you might not be able to use the clamp. I ended up using an S-hook to suspend it instead as the clamp was too strong.
Good for the price though.

Easy to apply, cheaper than buying new frames

Make circular knitting much easier.
Brilliant for holding sleeve stitches when knitting jumpers in the round. Much easier to transfer stitches back to needles than using scrap yarn and still allows you to try items on for size whilst knitting.
