  Bid on a card and got it for $2 and change. Shipping was $5 and change. Card delivered in bubble envelope with $1.25 shipping on it and a $4.40 charge to complete the delivery. First time I’ve had this happen. Seller asked for a receipt. My wife paid the mailman (again this is a first). I went to the PO and actually got a receipt. Seller thanked me and claimed he gets scammed on eBay a lot. Said he would reimburse me the $4.40. Never reimbursed. eBay refunded my money. Dishonest seller.
