This end mills are great for cutting plexiglass/ acrylic. As long as your feed rate are good and you don't dwell in the material too long, chips being cut are nice and clean. I've tried 4 flute, 3 flute, and 2 flute....with this 1 flute being the best. Do highly recommend.
