    My Steelcase Gesture unfortunately came damaged because of shipping. Madison Seating did a great job packaging and protecting it so I don't blame them at all. I think FedEx handled it poorly. They were quick to respond and address my issue and when I decided to process a return they processed it within 10 minutes. The chair was in good quality otherwise, condition was as described, it's a great value, and the appearance was very good. Great seller overall.

    Honesty, I couldn't be pleased enough with this product and the company that provided it. I was skeptical, but took the leap of faith in the company offering a refurbished product. I've been using the product for 2 weeks now with positive results. On top of that, there was a defective lumbar support when it arrived.
