HUGE savings over a new BBQ
OK, I'm not sure of the quality over time as I've just installed the set. The heat plates and burners are a bit thinner steel than the OEM, but my original 15+ year old heat plates were basically rust dust so anythings an improvement.
I like the predrilled holes for the igniter electrodes in the burner backing plates. The OEM were irreplaceable unless you broke them out of their holes and drilled a new hole and expanded the existing hole to mount replacement electrodes.
My OEM burners easily dropped into place. These were a bit too long but fairly easily adjusted. At the end of the burner, you will see where the burner tube is crimped closed and the crimped end sticks up about 1" at less than a 90 degree angle. I took the burner, held it by the gas input end and pushed the crimped end against my concrete patio so it made a good 90 degree, right angle. That effectively shortened the burner a bit so it could be installed. When slipping the new burner in place, you need to push the crimped end against the backside of the fire box a bit so the other end of the burner can slip over the gas input from the control panel knob and you can drop in a new burner gasket. Just a bit, about 1/8" does the trick.
I looked years ago for replacement parts for my grill and none were available. But now that these Chinese made replacements are available, I was able to rebuild my grill almost completely. New burners, heat plates, burner repair plates (fire box had rusted out quite a bit), igniters and electrodes, grease pan and cup, along with some high temp paint in the firebox to slow down further rusting. Cost me about $300 total. A new quality grill would run about $1000. I'm 70 so I expect the refurbed grill to outlive me!

Easy install and saved me a bundle
1 of 1 found this helpful My original GA-Z77X motherboard literally burned out two days before I found this board. I thought I was going to have to build a new computer at high cost or try to find another motherboard that would drop in and maybe have compatibility issues. Finding this board was worth the gamble on buying a used part due to ease of exchange with the original damaged board and the reasonable cost if it worked. Board worked fine and booted up quickly after Win 10 shook the cobwebs out of its head and realized while the board was new, it was family. Reactivating Win 10 was NO problem. Just took 30 seconds or so on the MS website to tell MS I had replaced the motherboard in my computer.
