The NON-VR Nikon 24-70 2.8 lens is slightly sharper than the new VR version. I do not need VR as I am able to hand hold this lens without the use of a tripod or VR. If you have the non VR version, hold on to it. If you are buying a new 24-70 VR lens and you have the money, buy it, it is sharp and a wonderful lens. But if all you are concerned about is sharpness, get the older version.

You'll want it, get it, you'll need it.
This filter is one of the best I have ever used. I used it in Iceland and had it mounted on my Nikon 16-80 on my D500.
Tenba Camera Bag

Oldies but goodies.
I love the older Tenba camera bags. I can get after my camera and lenses easily. It has storage pockets that you can stuff a lot of stuff into. The top zippered storage compartment has my flash, batteries, and chargers in. Fits with no problem. The bag is padded and protects the equipment very well. If you can find these older Tenba bags in good condition, buy them.
