longevity worked great for 13 years replaced with almost same model
i purchased this to replace a 13 year old 12 cup Mr. Coffee unit that started to leak in the holding tank. It was still working just leaking water on the counter this unit is used everyday for 13 years

After reading the instillation three times and planning this install, I decided it was to big a of challenge for me to tackle, I requested a return on it. The quality of the product was excellent and the instructions were very good and clear the intimidating part was all of the wires that came with this unit there must be 45 wires in the kit. I was inly going to need 17. So i was all set to go and started to get into the wires of my Mustang and was having a hard time locating all of the connection areas for the wiring hook up so I decided not to take on this install. The company was very good with the return. I was bummed that I couldn't accomplish this modification. I figured if I could install hot rod cams and long tube headers how hard could this be....
