Product came in great shape, it works fine, and we also liked the service!
Video Cam works fine. We were able to digitize many old great memories from the mini Dv tapes.

Poor product
Fuzz everywhere!! The new applicator is more like a dust bunny creator than something to maintain expensive Grenadilla wood clarinet bores! They’re now using a cheap terrycloth rather than a tightly weaved fabric. I wound up trashing the applicator and am using the tube that came with it for my 40 year old applicator. Zero stars, actually.
