I'm sorry that you are unhappy with your purchase. I try very hard to describe my items carefully and encourage buyers to ask questions before bidding. I did state in the seller's notes that the cork on the cap had dried out and was loose. Considering the age and use it got I did and still do think the item specifics were accurate and reflected in the offered price. I left the peppercorns in so that you could try it right away and see that it was working.

Ease of use.
Simple to install and appears to filter the water well. Having to run more than a gallon of water through before use is a bit of a pain.
