nice and neat
This is my second purchase of this product, the first one may not have been bought from this seller. On the first one I thought it was poor sloppy fit and it was lost to the wind however the clamp was still intact.
So I bought another and gave some thought to make sure it didn't happen again. THE CURE. The badge is pressed into the clamp by prongs, take the badge off, stick some double sided foam tape on the underside, cut around the badge to get the surplus off. Stick some more double sided tape on top of the clamp, again cut it to size. Put the badge back onto the clamp, it is now stuck to it. Clean the top of the bonnet of the car. Introduce the clamp and badge into the bonnet hole. The excess tape which is on the outer rim of the badge will stick the badge to the bonnet.
Take up all play on the clamp, hold the badge down with your hand, and place slight upward pressure on the clamp forcing it onto the badge. So now the badge is stuck to the bonnet and the clamp. JOB DONE.
