Heater Core for Saab 9-5 2001
Happy I bought it, fit was good, materials look like good quality. As I was installing it, one of the tubes did not seem to be willing to position itself in the proper location so I tried to persuade it by tightening the screw that clamps the tubes in their location. It did not work and I was beginning to worry that the plastic would crack but it didn't. I backed off and positioned the tubes in their location first making sure that the o-rings were located right by moving them around until located. Then I installed the clamping bolt and plate, tightened it well but not excessively and the result was a leak free installation. Really happy that the plastic manifold material was strong enough and flexible enough so it didn't break during tightening while tube was not located right. Happy with construction (no leaks) and general appearance.
