Damaged cd

The game arrived in a pretty good timeframe , unfortunettely the game does not install on my new Xbox one. It days game is scratched. The CD has been cleaned with professional cloth and still does not work. The installation starts but 2 minutes into the installation , the session is interrupted and error message pops up to clean the disc. It is a shame as I was looking forward to playing this.
