DANGEROUS
Stay away. Far away. I have two M44's. Different makes and years. The brake does not line up with the barrel. The bullet WILL hit when fired. I JB welded it as a means of getting things aligned. Not attaching with it. Once hardened and lined things up. One Screw sheared off after less than 20 rounds of ammo.

Its AGP and a great way to recycle/update older AGP systems
You cant go wrong updating an older AGP system with this card. It works quite well. There can be problems installing the drivers but google is your friend here. ATI and the built in sound doesnt work through AGP slots so you should disable in device manager, system devices, microsoft ATI sound driver or something like that for best performance.
