We're a small nonprofit bike shop. We sell old bikes on eBay not to make money but to pass these classics on. We don't "just send" stuff to buyers. It takes at least 4 hours to pack a bike for shipment. Customer messaged me that the bike had 2 broken spokes but sent no pictures. I said he could return the bike or have the wheel fixed at his LBS and we'd reimburse him a reasonable amount when we he sent us an itemized bill. His response was his negative feedback. We're not drunk.
