  This is false! Item was sold as described and I was very clear in description that the laptop randomly crashes... Buyer made me a below asking price offer that I accepted and now is unhappy leaving me negative feedback!.. alphathetha....You need to read the descriptions well before you purchase!!! You will see in the description I stated that! as stated all sales final. Sorry your unhappy but your the one who did not read the description to its entirety! So this feedback is not merited!
