Mr. Hogan, the Man i Knew
This book is a fairly easy and "pleasant" read for a Hogan fan (which I am) It does give a different perspective from a young lady who knew him fairly well and that is about the best I can say about it.
The book is repetitive, the "stories" not all that great, which is why I give the book a below average score .. you won't come away with much from reading it.
NOT worth the price and there are much better books out there, be it fact or fiction. The book seems like it was stretched out in order to sell a "book"! Don't get me wrong you won't HATE this book or be SORRY you read it, it's just an OK, ho hum, kind of deal...
Best part of the book was the recounting of Ben Hogans final round of golf.... worst part, rehashing the same opinions or themes on Hogan's personality over and over and over!
