  Requested a full refund for a non-working headset. Said it would be a loss for them if they refunded me. I am at a loss because I have a non-working headset. They offered me back half of what they made on the sale, which they claimed was generous. Gave the seller numerous chances to do the right thing. Seller would not accept the fact that they sold me a non-working item. I requested a return, which they denied, claiming I was taking advantage. E-bay decided in my favor, issuing a full refund.

  eBay actually refunded me for the entire amount. They understood that the buyer purchased a sealed NOS item and it clearly stated no returns. They actually permitted him to keep the item as well. I am sure he’s using it as I offered excellent customer support for him to get an exchange.
