They shipped a PSA graded Pokémon card in an envelope by itself with no bubble wrap or any kind of protection at all. Didn’t even write do not bent on the envelope. As you would expect when I receive the card the case was shattered. when I contacted the seller and asked for a refund they said they had three days before they had to respond to me and were very unhelpful. I had to go through eBay to get my refund without any help from the seller. Avoid this seller if you can. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
