Great built and ready building. The reason for purchase was twofold. One, I had a town/village on my train board without a grocery. Two, it had a footprint (space required) that was a match for the room available on my train layout. I originally was going to buy the Menard's Red Owl grocery but the footprint for that was twice the size of this one. The reason for the 4 rating is that the storefront sign is unlighted. Woodland Scenics needs to rethink that item. I will be researching as to how I can light the storefront sign and do it, but I should not have to.
