Easy to use and compact
0 of 1 found this helpful Very easy to use and compact in design. The dial in weight setting is smooth and accurate. The only issue is there is a little bit of "play" when you pick them up compared to a normal dumbbell. In other words, the weights aren't completely tight when you pick them up and move a bit when you do curls. You do get used to this quickly however. For people wanting to use less weight (say under 20 lbs) these are a bit clunky, but do feel normal sized with higher weight.
