Lithium Orotate, NCI Dr. Hans Nieper, 200 tablet

Amazing

I was having panic attacks, high blood pressure and was unable to sleep. And I wasn't to take another antidepressant one of which got me into worse situation than I was. After a lot of research finally I decided to try lithium orotate. The effect was quite quick, my blood pressure re acted first and got too low it first - I realized I had to start slow, with half a pill a day. When I was stable on that I went up to one and I'm good with that. Gradually the panic attack went away and now I started to sleep better too. I take other supplements too e.g. vitamin B complex, vitamin C, other minerals, but the lithium orotate remains a key component among them.
