Sub-assembly that was provided by manufacture was not correct (needed to remove and rotate fixed vise jaw of sub-assembly in order for holes to be in correct position). Torx wrench required for assembly not provided. I hope vise functions and provides good service after the fiasco of assembly. Time will tell!
