2 of 3 found this helpful The netgear switch I bought here arrived broken, the heatsink had snapped off inside. They did offer to replace it (hence not 0 stars), but not until after I spend a few hours putting together the list of things they need and resend at my own cost then follow up with PayPal. Then they need to “test” it before sending a replacement.
This is a $50 item, I don’t have the patience nor the time for all this. I just wanted a working product. It’s gone in the bin and I grabbed a new one hassle free from JBHifi instead.
Extremely disappointed, when you need a network part you can rarely wait days let-alone weeks for the part.
