A challenging but very doable workout
We are in our eighties and find this to be a good routine for in-home exercise. Easy to follow and very rewarding.

Excellent value
Very sturdy. All metal. Instructions are next to worthless but it's not "rocket science" assembly. Just follow the pictures. Great for urban commuting.
