Speedy and comfortable.
I really like this tire. I am running it on a Rotator Tiger recumbent with short wheel base. dual small wheels 406-406 ... This tire is great as it handles uneven dirt paths comfortably and is speedy on pavement.

Like the 12-36 with 3x9 setup.
Great combination 12-36.... running with 52-42-26 triple .... on an Easy Racers long wheel base recumbent... 26-36 is great for steep climbs (any lower gearing likely to slow for me to balance). 52-12 is plenty speedy on downhills. Most of the cogs are bolted together there are no spiders on this model. Could be lighter but it is what it is.

11-40 with 3x9 setup
1 of 1 found this helpful I am running this 11-40 cassette as a 3x9 with 50-39-26 in front. Using an old 9 speed Shimano XT derailleur. I have chain length adequate to just barely cover big big 50+40 = 90 teeth. I can use all rear cogs with 39t chainring. This is on a recumbent with a long chain so there is no problem with cross-chaining ever. When using the 26 front I do not use smaller rear cogs and the 26-40 combo is lower than I use. 26-34 is plenty low for most climbing. Note 39-40 is around 1:1
thus 26-24 is about as low as I go with 26t chainring. I shifts acceptable at all ranges I have described. Bike is Lightning P38 large frame.
