DOES NOT FIT 2001 Honda Shadow ACE 750 (VT750DC)
Ebay lists this product as compatible with the 2001 Honda Shadow ACE 750. THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT FIT! It took a week before the part arrived to my house, which unfortunately was today, 29 April 2016 on a Friday. Their return policy (OEM Sprockets) claims that all returns must be reported within 24 hours upon receipt. Unfortunately, OEM cycle closes at 6PM EST which makes it impossible to report the incorrect product having been shipped. This will likely mean on Monday, 2 April 2016 when I notify them of the incorrect part, OEM Sprockets may likely tell me that it is too late to report the incorrect part. PLUS I have to pay for return shipping, which would not be worth the expense on a return. In short, I will have lost almost $30 bucks for a part I cannot use.
To those searching for the highly coveted 37 tooth steel sprocket for your Shadow's, DO NOT ORDER THIS PART! The universal bolt patterns will work, but the hub bore is way too small and will not mount on the Shadow's hub (VT750DC model) despite EBAY listing this part as compatible with the ACE.
