genuine article - does what it says on the tin flawlessly
leages above non genuine product - better control - lasts longer . tried many none genuine types - much cheaper yes , but dont have same control . thumbsticks act as if they were a on/off switch v little delicate control.. design wise , always thought a rubber boot covering base of thumb stick would have been employed to keep out dust ( as in industrial 'joy' stick control for cctv cameras & the like as this is usually the controllers usual long term demise
