The shipping packaging was perfect; however, the LCD screen was broken upon arrival. The seller was very quick to respond and send a replacement screen. The replacement screen was very easy to switch out. The ice maker did work great even with a broken screen. The ice produced is perfect for "eating" as it is softer than most but also suitable for making iced drinks and smoothies. I highly recommend this product!
