This Book Taught Me How To Cook
I bought this book for my son. Although it may be an older book, the information is invaluable. I have used mine for decades. It's not just recipes, it's information about the best way to cook meats, vegetables, soups, stews. There is information about temperatures, pans, what to keep in the pantry. Although it doesn't have microwave cooking, this book is excellent for beginning cooks.
