Surprisingly Good
For the price this is really good quality and easy to assemble and fit. After some patient adjustment it works very well.

An easy to use and effective tool
I was stuck with a broken locking wheel nut key and couldn't get the wheels off.
This made it scarily so easy to remove the locking wheel nuts without any damage to the wheels.
Simply pick the the correct size socket from the box, put it over the locking wheel nut, and using a lump hammer, hit it on to the locking wheel nut. I used a 1/2 " breaker bar and eased the nut loose and job done. Repeat for the other locking nuts. You'll need to buy new locking (or standard) wheel nuts as once removed they're no good.

Cobra MT-305 pmr446 radio
1 of 2 found this helpful This is a great little radio which I bought for general 2way comms. It has some very good features. Channel scan, CTCSS scan, memories with scan feature, voice scrambler, VOX, Roger bleep. The folding antenna is great to make it fit in a pocket. The menu is easy to understand and work with and the buttons have a positive feel. It doesn't claim to be waterproof, but water resistant which is a real bonus for bad weather use. The range is typical pmr446, (I experienced 8 miles but thats exceptional and not normal, it all depends on terrain, location etc). Nothing amazing, but certainly above average compared to some of the other radios I have. Tx is clear and loud, as is the Rx, but the audio output could do with being a little louder to cope with noisy enviroments. It's plenty loud enough for everyday use. Other plus points are that it uses a standard 2 pin accessory jack, the holster is practical and easy to use, its a nice size, not too big and easily fits in a pocket.
There are a few minor niggles... the on button is easy to push and can accidentally turn the radio on. Uses AAA batteries (typical Cobra), would be better with AA size, they're cheaper and last longer. Audio output (as mentioned above), No DCS. Not enough reasons not to buy one
These seem to be quite a rare radio. When searching the web for info there weren't many hits and hardly any for sale
If you can find one at the right price.... Buy it.
