This is a light, easy-to-use, vacuum that really does the job.
It is a very easy to use vacuum. The power head works on both carpet and floor and does an excellent job of removing dust, lint etc. from the carpets especially. So far we have had no "clogs" or other difficulties. The head of the power unit is of exactly the right profile to get under chesterfields and other furniture in instances where the other products that we have used just will not do the job. The pet attachment makes it easy to remove unwanted pet hair or lint etc. from upholstered furniture, stairs and awkward access carpeted or padded areas.
the bag is very easy to remove and replace (if you follow directions).
We used to use Kenmore canister vacuums for years and my wife loved them. In recent times we have used products from other manufacturers that were highly rated. Frankly, they pale in comparison.
