Not for the faint of heart.

Great value for the money, but requires much labor to install. The lights themselves do not fit correctly without modification. The switch is too large for the interior panel and had to use a rotary tool to trim switch opening and then epoxy. Took about an hour for that. Surely all Honda's have the same switch panel. The wiring and hardware included is too much in some ways and certainly not enough to make it work in others. The instructions are very generalized. Getting the wiring to the interior was challenging to say the least. Overall this may not be the fault of the fog lamp kit. There are at least 10 or more editions to the 2007 Honda Accord. Could they really be that different?. Well apparently they are. Good luck getting this work, you're going to need it.
