  Item arrived in a grubby damaged box unlike the listing which showed clean undamaged packaging. The product has been previously opened and swatched when it’s ment to be brand new. This is unacceptable considering the item has a 6 month shelf life once opened. Seller also charged me more than double what they actually paid for the shipping and then took ages to post the item. Seller ignored all my messages from the moment I bought the item. Terrible experience, wouldn’t recommend

  I was sent the wrong item and have e-mailed the seller twice with no response. I realize things happen in life so I have been patient but it has been several days now and I have not gotten a reply. I simply wanted to exchange the item for the one I ordered (same item but a different color). I have now ordered the item from a different vendor and am hoping to be able to return this one for a refund. It doesn’t appear that this is typical based on reviews but I will avoid future purchases.

  item arrived in horrible condition, not brand new as advertised or pictured. I messaged the buyer several times to try to make right on it, but received zero response.
