  Bought these wheels, then they told me they didn't have them in the size, emailed me back and said they had the size but not the finish. Basically they didn't have what they had listed. Moral of the story, they listed items they didn't have in stock. They even had them listed several times. But they did refund my money without issue which is why its neutral and not negative.
