Watch YouTube videos instead
While it arrived in good time, this is a very old fashioned and inefficient way to learn how to make royal icing flowers. You’re much better off watching people actually doing it in YouTube videos (where it’s free!), than looking at static pictures and trying to visualize how it’s done.

Seems like a good product. My hairdresse...
Seems like a good product. My hairdresser used it on me and I liked the results. I mainly use it to protect my hair from heat damage.

A somewhat stilted read about a great musician who led an interesting life.
I'm so glad to have something written about the life of Jobim. His music is complex yet fully understandable by the sophisticated listener. His uniqueness comes from his brilliance as a musician, composer, arranger and producer as well as when and where he was born. The prose in this book, written lovingly by his sister, was originally in Portuguese and later translated in English by a learned professor. This was done at the request of an American musician and follower of Jobim's great music. He was stunned to learn that there was nothing in English written about the personal life of this great musician.
Because it is translated, there is a stiltedness about the way it is written. The book also starts out with his death, then going back in time to his early relatives. It is only after all this that one starts to find out about the development of this man personally and musically. If you are a Jobim aficionado, this is a must read mostly because it is probably the only read.
