Works great, strong suction and remarkably thorough.
4 of 4 found this helpful I'm always way behind on technology, I finally bought one of these because I'm too lazy to vacuum regularly.... this thing works amazingly well. It will pull up so much dust and dirt out of your carpet you'll be amazed. Basically it runs for about an hour and a half, I've been using it in the living room once or twice a day for several days now, and keep having to empty the dust bin because it's picking up SO MUCH dirt and dust I can't even see. The carpet isn't even very old, and looks new, but yet it keeps finding dust and dirt everywhere.
It basically moves in random lines, however it's smarter than you think. When it hits something, it turns slightly, then tries to go around it again, if it does this a couple times it will try to figure out if it's a leg of a table or not, so it will try to go around it in a 360 degree circle. Even though it moves randomly it ends up hitting about every spot anywhere. The little whiskers that spin around do a remarkably good job of getting dust or dirt out of the area right against something, then it moves it into the front of the vacuum so it'll get sucked up.
Eventually, the thing will find it's way back to somewhere near the charger, then go into 'dock' mode (an orange light comes on). It'll position itself right where it needs to be to crawl onto the dock then charge itself.
Once I get the carpet clean enough that I don't have to empty the bin as much, it's basically a hands off experience. You can set the timer to tell it when to head out to clean, it finds it's way into whatever rooms are adjacent to where it is too, even if the path isn't that wide to get into that room it'll work it's way in, and out.
When I buy stuff typically I expect it to be less than advertised. This thing actually works BETTER than advertised.

Pretty good design! Using it to work on watches so definitely like the extra height so you can fit screwdrivers and such under the lens.
