Item Broken & Unusable
9 of 13 found this helpful When I received this product it was broken. It was broken in a way that felt almost deliberate, with the metal fixture on the edge of the graphics card bent at an almost 90 degree angle out from where it was supposed to be. In addition to that, the plastic casing of the card was cracked in several spots as well. I was looking forward to getting this installed as soon as a possible, and my disappointment upon receiving this broken, inoperable piece of technology that was unable to installed in my computer was enormous. Furthermore, the item I received did not correspond to the image that it was listed with as I received no box with my item, only receiving the aforementioned damaged graphics card.
