wonderful series
very interesting series, Victorian era New York city described in many new ways

colors were disappointing
after getting half way through the stitching I saw the color selections were not as they appear in the photo. From the neck to the waist of the skirt there is no white or green or flesh and therfore it is very hard to distinguish her neck from the beads, the green sash is nonexistant , you can't see any hands and the guitar is invisable. The colors called for are all of a very dark hue. I feel the stitchery company who did the DMC selections are way off on the color scheme. Short of starting all over I don't know how to change my almost finished needlework. I do not feel the printing company or Vintage Home Arts are responsible, they did an excallent job on the graphs and I would use them again but maybe ask it the colors were true to the photo before purchasing.

Loved this chart booklet. Nice , clear graphics printed on high quality paper in an easy to read ,color coded set.
