Best inexpensive pen I’ve ever used
The best pen I’ve ever used was a $90 Pelican fountain pen with a broad nib. Writing with it was effortless and the result was elegant and distinguished looking. I’ve probably tried to recreate that experience and result with at least 25 fiber pens under $10 with uniformly disappointing results over the last 15 years. This is easier to write with than all of them and the writing has more character and is more legible, for about $2 per pen.
