I remember!
It really is too early to tell if there is a change in my memory, at least I remember why I am taking it. I took care of my husband for 16 years while he suffered from ALZ. I am hoping to head this off - so far, so good.

Fruit and Nut Granola - perfect for me!
For the past two years, my breakfast has been the Fruit and Nut Granola bar, a glass of orange juice and a little later, a cup of green tea. I then do an hour of yoga. I went to the Y for an hour of cardio before Covid took over my life, and I felt just great. It is tasty, chewy and I find it very satisfying. I have my protein at noon, so this is a good system for me. I am in my late 70's and still active. Picture is of me and my dog at camp this summer.
