  Item was dropped and damaged while packing it to ship. I could have shipped it broken and blamed damage on UPS, making it the buyer's problem. But I was honest and fully refunded money with my apologies. Bidder still left negative feedback anyway. Ugh. Sorry you were so upset and angry you felt that was necessary.
