  Through my own mistake, I messaged the seller that they only sent me one item instead of two. The seller responded that they will ship another package without charging me. I am so embarrassed that I messaged the seller to not send me a replacement. I am so impressed by the sellers’ willingness to correct my own mistake.

  The ice cube trays arrived in a timely manner and were packaged fine. They are a good value for the money, but they don't fit my definition of BIG. I am going to keep them and just keep looking for the larger sets of trays. The quality, condition, and appearance are all as stated in the description. I just need to pay a little closer attention.   Not packaged correctly was damaged during shipping missing parts. Asked to return for a full refund said they send a new one. Then stopped answering. Have not received anything. The product is cheap and they ship it cheaply that damages a product. IT SHOULD BE SHIPPED IN A BOX NOT JUST A ENVELOPE LIKE I REQUESTED.
