Needed a quiet fan
2 of 2 found this helpful Quiet enough to use in counselling/Hypnotherapy room with clients. Not silent but it is good enough. Remote control is great & we've also used at home with no sleep disruption. Not perfect but I'm happy with it & after research into others I bought this one.

Very useful book
If you live with or care about someone with BPD this is a great book to help you understand some behaviour & find ways to look after your own needs too.
