A great collection of enjoyable material.
The Amos and Andy TV Shows Collection provides hours and hours of entertainment through 72 episodes (out of 78 made with either 3 or 5 considered lost and one MIA, so to speak). Plus, there is the one movie made by Correll and Gosden in blackface (the white creators of Amos and Andy), a documentary with an excellent and balanced account of the controversy surrounding these now "politically incorrect" characters and 2 CDs worth of original Correll and Gosden radio broadcasts.

Not worth the price of admission.
What's good: Abbott & Costello are the same as usual. However, some of the supporting characters, Joe Besser (Stinky), Sidney Fields (himself & other characters usually named Mr. Melonhead - and who also wrote many of the 1st years episodes), Gordon Jones (Mike the Cop), and Joe Kirk (Mr. Bachegaloup) make the show entertaining. Hillary Brook makes nice window dressing, but her part is written to make her a one dimensional eye candy "girlfriend" to Lou Costello. Some of the additional supporting players, such as Joan Shawlee, Veda Ann Borg and Dorothy Granger are more amusing than Hillary Brooke. The older "laughing man" and the little bald guy (seen in "Lost in Alaska") are also amusing. There are also a few amusing new wordplay bits - Lou understands cow herd as cow heard - and one or two more in 26 episodes. What's bad: 75% of the shows reprise - in whole or in part - many of their movies, including many of the word play bits - including "Who's on First" and bits such as the moving candle which only Lou sees - a bit already used in two of their movies.After a while the same old Bud & Lou shtick - Bud slaps Lou around again and again and again - Lou roles his eyes, gives his little idiot chuckle and does his best to make a mess of things. The complete movie set is much more entertaining - and if you have that set, this one is not worth buying - unless you love Bud & Lou or have to have everything they did, or really like Joe Besser and Sidney Fields, or can get a used copy really cheaply.
