  The description claimed the jacket had never been worn, but that was far from the truth. There were foundation stains on the neckline, the pockets were visibly dirty from hands being put inside, and the most disgusting part—snot stains on the sleeve. I don’t understand why someone would list it as “never worn” when it’s obvious at first glance that it has been. Very disappointed and honestly disgusted. At least I got a refund.

  The jacket was in perfect condition when sent to the buyer. She wore it and sent it back with candy wrappers and medication in the pockets. Buyer was given full refund including shipping even though she clearly wore the jacket.
