hose connection not same as original, it will leak
original hose that attaches to refrigerator valve has the nipple molded into the hose, one piece design. this part is not the same , hose is two piece with a separate nipple and oring . this is a terrible dangerous design . the hose has popped out of the fitting 3 times , flooding my kitchen floor. there is an important reason that original hose is one piece to prevent chance of leaks and flooding like i have experienced . spend the extra and get the original part , they cut corners on the hose and made it two piece at the critical connection point and it will fail , hose pops right out due to improper type of two piece fitting. unsafe and dangerous due to chance of flooding . beware !!! dave
