I have used Neutrogena eye makeup remover for at least 15 years and though I have tried, I can find no better or gentler product on the market. It is very effective in removing all makeup without leaving any trace leftovers that might damage the skin or leave small makeup remnants. It leaves your skin smooth and flawless. Your eyes and the surrounding area feel rested and calm, not even as if you had not even used any cleanser on them prior to removing even a heavy dose of night time eye makeup. Neutrogena is wonderful in all aspects. Try it, you'll like it, and not want to change!!
