On the Run

I really enjoyed this book! She includes a variety of related personal stories. She goes into detail on what she did wrong early in her career. The information is very useful and goes well beyond the basics. I have been running for 16 years and this book held my interests.

This is an excellent book. Filled with tons of facts. This is fun for all ages to read and covers many different subjects.

The Principles of Running

This book was too basic. I have been running for 16 years and this book bored me to tears. He covered really basic knowledge of running. He did not include ANY personal stories--it was a textbook. This would be OK for anyone brand new to fitness and excercise only.
