  Bid and won item.NEVER paid.No communication.Re-listed the item...AGAIN , he bid and did not pay OR communicate.That is until I posted my feedback on his...THEN he sent a message " I will pay in a few days "..He finally paid , and I told him I'd ship it as soon as I could.He sent a message telling me his birthday was coming up .My rude message ?.And ?.This guy has quite a few folks like me leaving comments on his feedback saying the same thing as I did.Doesn't pay , no communication..
