relevant classic in great shape
Beyond nostalgia... Polo has gone through several phases of reformulation over the years, but the latest stuff seems to be more in line with what people appreciated in the vintage: a fresh, minty herbal juniper green-ness laid over warm/rugged/cozy notes of tobacco, cedar-wood and patchouli. While Polo is not the beast it once was in terms of massive projection and longevity, it is still a very strong fragrance with good staying power, and a great value in today's diluted, market-trend-driven fragrance world. Bottom line: a classic that is still relevant in great shape.
